He co-founded his own accountancy practice and has board level experience in a number of companies. His experience in the voluntary sector includes chairing trustee boards and committees, with a particular interest in the education and hospice sectors.

He is married with 3 children and 6 grandchildren. His numerous hobbies include baking and spending as much time as possible in Cornwall, where he was born.

Paul Billings

Paul is Managing Director of a large Agricultural supply business, Germinal UK and Ireland and a director of three other companies. He is a herbage project board member for the British Society of Plant Breeders and a member of the LEAF Marque technical advisory committee. He is a grant assessor for Innovate UK and has also assed grants and chaired funding committees for the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council.

Paul and his wife Clare have known Emma and David Webber for many years and their son attended the same school and played for the same local cricket clubs.

In his spare time Paul raises money for charity by undertaking long distance walks and is currently endeavouring to finish the 630 miles of the South West Coastal Footpath.

Nadine Latte
Secretary

A professional fundraiser, Nadine started her career as a Development Director in Scotland, working at Strathclyde University, Loretto, Erskine Stewarts’ Melville and Morrison’s Academy. She moved to the Southwest with her children in 2015 to head up the development team at Taunton School. Since 2021 she has led a new campaign for bursaries at Bristol Grammar School and is passionate about lifechanging opportunities afforded through education.

Sarah Flowers
Treasurer

I graduated from Sheffield University with a degree in human physiology before starting my sales career at swcomms (now part of Focus Group). I became a sales director in 1995 and held that position until I took early retirement in July 2024.

From a charity perspective, I climbed Annapurna to raise money for the Exeter Foundation. I have also organised five black-tie charity events raising £125,000 for the Prince’s Trust, Wooden Spoon and the Focus Foundation. Following the tragic loss of Barney, I organised a further ball in November 2022 to raise funds for The Barnaby Webber Foundation.

I’m married to Kevin (who’s an architect) – we enjoy travelling/skiing/gym/watching Exeter Chiefs and plenty of wining and dining.
