New wheelchair for Skylar

The Barnaby Webber Foundation recently supported a family in need of a new specialised wheelchair for their daughter, Skylar.

“We would like to express our thanks for the amazing chair you provided for Skylar. She is really struggling with her dystonia and posture at the moment, the chair is going to make her life much more comfortable around the house, in hospitals and out and about with less transitioning.

We took Skylar to look at the Christmas decorations today in the garden centre, her first outing in her new chair and she really enjoyed being at a better height and able to see more of the lights as she sat in a better position, and looked much more comfortable, than in our previous wheelchair. This really has made the world of difference, thank you.”
